Meet Chelsie

Passionate About Inspiring Others

I became a therapist because I wanted to be the kind of support I needed when I was younger, and at different points throughout my life since. I know what it's like to need a safe space and not know how to find one, and that's a big part of why I do this work.

My focus is working with high-achieving individuals, including those navigating anxiety, burnout, and ADHD or neurodivergence. I understand this experience personally, and that perspective shapes how I show up for my clients. The more you understand about yourself, whether that's how your brain works, what drives your anxiety, or the patterns you keep repeating, the more equipped you are to make real change and feel more in control of your life.

I believe therapy should be accessible and normal for everyone, not something reserved for a crisis or treated as a last resort. At Caidence, my goal is to offer a space where you can be fully yourself, do meaningful work, and leave feeling more grounded and clear about where you're headed.

Your Rhythm, Your Flow, Your Caidence

This phrase captures the heart of what we believe: that the path to balance and well-being looks different for everyone. There's no single right pace, style, or approach to life, only the one that actually works for you.

Rhythm is the natural cadence of how you live, decide, and move through the world. Flow is the sense of ease that comes when you're aligned with your values and purpose. And Caidence is the space where those come together, where you're free to show up as you are, strengths, challenges, growth, and all.

It's a reminder that you get to define your own path, without pressure to meet anyone else's expectations. Tuning into yourself, honoring what you need, and moving with intention toward a life that feels aligned, that's the heart of what we mean by empowerment and mental wellness.
