How does insurance work?

To ascertain your mental health coverage, start by consulting your insurance provider. Scrutinize your coverage for the following details:

  • Mental Health Benefits: Understand the extent of your mental health coverage.

  • Coverage per Session: Determine the amount covered for each therapy session.

  • Session Limit: Find out how many therapy sessions your plan accommodates.

What is virtual therapy or Telehealth?

In response to the challenges posed by the COVID pandemic, our counseling sessions have adapted, offering a seamless transition to online interactions. Utilizing our HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform, you can conveniently access counseling sessions from the comfort of your own space using your smartphone, tablet, or computer. This secure and user-friendly platform ensures the confidentiality and privacy of your sessions. Is Chelsie the  right Speaker for my Audience

It is extremely important to Chelsie that she adheres to the ethical standards of her profession as well as the well-being of her audience. Chelsie has provided expertise on various panels, empowered youth struggling with their futures, and created an array of community resources on topics such as self-care and mental health basics. Chelsie is passionate about providing quality and fact-based education, and she will ensure that research is carried out in order to meet the unique needs of your audience.

How Easy is it to Work with Chelsie?

In preparation for the engagement, we have developed an onboarding process to ensure that we are on task and delivering what our client expects. 

The first step is to schedule a free consultation with me. We will schedule a 30-minute phone call to discuss expectations and ensure that I am an appropriate fit for your needs. Upon agreement of the fee and scope of work, I will provide a presentation based on the agreed-upon topic.

How does Fees and Expenses work?

The scope of the engagement, the amount of time and research required, and the travel necessary to deliver everything up to the client's ideal goals will determine the amount of fees and expenses. 

Is Chelsie virtual or in person?

Either option can be used.
